Product Portrayal
Every effort has been made to portray items accurately, but slight variations may occur. All measurements are approximate and colour reproduction is as close as publishing processes will allow.

Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available.

Prices
Prices are correct at time of publishing and include VAT where applicable. It may be necessary to change prices from time to time, including any alterations to the rate of VAT. Products and prices are subject to change with out notice. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering. Prices on the site may differ from prices in store.

We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions, or human error. This website operates on an 'invitation to treat' basis and not as an 'offer for sale' as a result, Just Kidding reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases.

Payment
We accept Credit Card, Debit Card payments via Name of your payment gateway.

Please note that all transactions will be carried out in British Sterling. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Receipt Order Reference numbers.

The goods will not be delivered until the customer's funds that have been paid to Just Kidding have cleared in full.

You will be passed on to a Secure Order Processing page, your details will be encrypted by 128-bit industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and credit card details.

Our procedures are reviewed regularly and any changes to the system are made in a secure way.

UK Deliveries
Items will be sent out using second class recorded postage - so should arrive within 4 days after you order online.

International Deliveries
We can deliver to most countries in the world and will do so using the most economical and appropriate means. Postage will be calculated on the weight and destination of each order. Please note that during certain times of the year (i.e. Christmas!), delivery times will vary. Your credit/debit card will only be charged once the goods are dispatched.

Cancellation
You are entitled to cancel your contract if you wish providing you do so by email or phone within 2 working days of receipt of the goods. If your order has already been dispatched please follow our returns information.

Returns Policy & Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a no fuss guarantee.

We are happy to offer a refund or exchange the goods if you are not entirely satisfied. We regret that any delivery charges are non refundable. If you are not happy with your product please return the article of clothing unused or unworn, with all its manufacturing labels, original packaging and receipt within 14 days of purchase for a credit note of the same value. Swimwear cannot be exchanged or refunded due to hygiene reasons. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our shop. We therefore strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of your order. Certificates are available free of charge from the post office.

In the unlikely event that goods arrive faulty or damaged, please inform us immediately so that we can replace or repair them in accordance with your statutory rights. In such cases, we can refund the costs of postage.

In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 14 days of receiving your goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
